the artwork back to us, in the original packaging, within 14 days and we will refund the full purchase price less shipping costs. just contact us. 

Returns 
Return shipping is free of charge. All returns must be sent in their original packaging and received in their original condition. This does not affect your statuary rights. 
We cannot except items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged after delivery. 
Please check the good as soon it arrives.

Packaging And Insurance 
All items are packed to a professional standard, either in bespoke wooden crates or sturdy cardboard boxes. This packaging is very durable and can be used time and time again should you need to move your artwork for any reason. All items are insured during this transit to cover damage or non-delivery. 

Delivery 
Delivery, packaging and insurance charges are calculated from the destination address, a reputable worldwide express courier company delivers all items. 

Shipping Costs 
Please always check the delivery availability of the piece before buying it. 
There are 2 categories of stock, and it depends on which one: 
1) In stock: Pieces are available in UK Mainland and you normally receive within 5–10 working days Monday to Friday 9–5pm, assuming payment is cleared. 
2) By order only: Not normally held as standard stock, but can be ordered especially for you and only take a few weeks. For more details contact us

Payment Types 
Customers can pay by most of credit and debit card as well as pay pall service or cheque please contact us. Delivery will only occur after full payment has been received and cleared. 
If payment has not cleared within 7 working days of the order being placed the order will be canceled. Payment includes shipping, packaging, delivery insurance, on UK sales payments are only accepted in pound sterling.
